DriscoN renovated the building and restored the original paneled look and colors on the exterior. They also enlarged some of the windows to bring more light into the interior. The 3,800 square foot interior was renovated into a modern-day recording studio. The studio includes live and control rooms with an isolation room. There are also three practice/warm up rooms. There is space for a coffee shop in the front of the building.

This project took what originally had been a 1930's Art Deco movie theatre and brought it back to life as a recording studio. At the project's conception, the building had fallen into a rough state after housing different types of businesses, most recently an antique store.​
